And I Stand (AIS) would like to officially welcome Ms. Makia Jalloh to the And I Stand non-profit family as the first college intern to enter the AIS Leadership Internship Program. Currently, Ms. Jolloh is a senior at Coppin State University where she double majors in Nursing and Nonprofit Leadership. Additionally, she serves in various leadership roles and dedicates her time to many community service organizations within and outside her university. Ms. Jalloh will serve under the leadership of Ms. Tumie Holston, Director of Finance & Community Outreach. We are excited to have her join the team and look forward to seeing all the amazing things she will do for And I Stand.
And I Stand Leadership Internship Program
This Mentorship intern program focuses on the development of future non-profit leaders and newly non-profit start-ups professionals. This program is a 3-6 month rotation program that allow interns to transition through organizational functions to acquire hands on leadership, social, and teamwork skills.
